Shipping

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost is 13 € for Italy, there are some neighboring countries of Salerno and Avellino that the shipment is free, because a hand delivery is made by prior agreement.

In the "ZIP code" section, insert the one of your city to find out if you will be able to benefit from hand delivery.

What are the delivery times?

In Italy, delivery generally takes place within 3-5 days from assignment to the courier, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For disadvantaged locations and smaller islands, delivery may be slightly delayed.

Throughout Europe, delivery generally takes place in 5-10 working days.

If the order is placed before 11:30 in the morning, the goods will be entrusted to the courier in the afternoon of the same day.

If the order is placed after 11:30 in the morning, the goods will be entrusted to the courier the next day.

Can I track the shipment?

Yes. When the package is taken over by the courier, it will be possible to monitor the shipment using the Tracking Code received by email.

Modify an order

Can I modify an order?

No, once the order has been placed it is no longer possible to change it.

If you have ordered the wrong product you will have to cancel the order and repeat it.

If, on the other hand, he has to add a product, he will have to place a second order.

Can I change the shipping or billing address of an order?

I want to cancel an order, what can I do?

Yes. Send us an e-mail at info@uspinnu.it inserting the subject "I want to cancel my order", indicating the order number and the reason for canceling the purchase.

If the order has not yet been entrusted to the courier, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued for the ordered goods.

If the order has already been entrusted to the courier, simply refuse the package upon delivery. Once the package has been returned to our warehouses, a refund will be issued for the rejected goods (shipping costs excluded).

Returns and Complaints

Can I make a return?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving the product, you have the right to return the goods purchased on condition that the product to be returned is intact, complete with the original packaging and label, as well as the packaging.

Pack the products to be returned securely, if the goods arrive damaged they will not be refunded. The costs for returning the products are charged to the customer.

I received a different product than the one ordered, what do I do?

If the product you received does not comply with the one ordered, you must write us an e-mail to info@uspinnu.it inserting the subject "Product not compliant with the order", indicate the order number, attach photos of the wrong product and indicate in the message the product you should have received.

Once the error has been ascertained, a courier will be sent to collect the incorrect product, then the correct product will be sent to you at no additional cost, provided that the returned product is intact, complete with its original packaging and label, as well as the packing.

What are the payment methods?

PayPal.

Credit or Debit Card.

Bank transfer. (Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared our bank account).

Cash on delivery. (Only for Salerno and Avellino and surroundings).

Am I protected in the event of missing or broken items?

Absolutely yes. All the goods are insured and in order to be able to make use of the guarantee right, during the delivery of the goods it is necessary to proceed as follows:

Sign the courier receipt with "subject to control".

Send photos of the package and of the damaged product by filling out the contact form

Only after having received appropriate documentation and confirmed the damage, will a refund be issued or a discount code equivalent to the amount to be refunded will be sent.
